I am on my way to Michigan in a couple of days… to visit family, see fall (come on, the fall in Scottsdale isn’t so “fall”!), and see my favorite college football team EVER play – GO BLUE!

Did I mention we’re having our family photo session there??  It makes me so excited to know I am going to have pictures of my family.  Some that I’m even in!  Thank you, Sarah!  So excited to take your family photos, too!!

And so I’d like to up the ante on the mini sessions so you may enjoy (even more!) family photos of your family!  Book by midnight on 10/14, Arizona time (email me… just need to pay your session fee by 10/18), and get a 16 x 20 instead of an 8 x 10.  Bigger is better, right?!  This applies to those who have already booked, too – yes, I told you I’m excited!!

Digital pricing info —

I’ve been asked about pricing for digital files.  Here it is (mini session pricing only) – $260 for the session and first digital file, $40 each file thereafter.  No press-printed cards come with the digital package… but you can always add them because they are so awesome!  Speaking of which, here are some samples of the press printed cards… There are many different designs to choose from, and we can always custom create a card for an additional fee.

A flat 5×7 card in watercolor paper

A folded 5×7 card in watercolor paper:

front & inside leftinside right & back (you can see the watercolor texture pretty well on the left side):

A flat 5×7 on Recycled paper (a flat, thick-weight cardstock), and  a 5×7 vertical folded pearl finish card:

And one more 5×7 flat watercolor card, for good measure:

2010 Card pricing is:

$45/25 cards — 5×7 flat (add $5/25 cards for pearl finish)

$75/25 cards — 5×7 folded (add $10/25 cards for pearl finish)

That’s it — catch me by 10/14 at midnight to get a free 16×20 with your session!!  (And if you happen to be watching Iowa at Michigan on Saturday 3:30pm EST, look for me!! Go Blue!)

fall sessions ~ book now!

October 6, 2010

OK… Here’s the deal.  It’s already October. (Wow, this year has flown by!) The holidays are around the corner… time to think about cards, gifts, and all that fun stuff!!  Plus, the kids have grown, perhaps you have a new addition… it’s time to document your family!  And so… the announcement for 2010 fall session specials has arrived!

I am offering fall mini sessions – yes, that’s right!  20-30 minutes of fun, 10-15 images to view in your online gallery, and 25 folded 5×7 or 50 flat 5×7 cards… all for only $195.  A screaming deal if I do say so myself. :)  All sessions must be completed by the end of November to ensure cards and gifts are ordered and received in time to send them out.

Of course, my regular sessions are always available… perfect for larger groups, or if you just want more personal time or variations in your portraits.

Call or e-mail soon for complete details and to book your session!  Book by next Wednesday, 10/14, and I’ll throw in a free 8×10.  Oh – and be sure to ask about what you get if you refer a friend!

This shoot took place nearly 3 months ago… it was a surprise shoot by Grandma for the boys’ parents, as their 10th wedding anniversary gift.  And it’s been so hard to keep to myself!!

We started off around the house…

Then we headed outdoors…

They were surprised yesterday with a 20 x 30 canvas float wrap of this last one hanging on their wall… Happy 10th Anniversary!  These are two amazing little guys you’ve got!
